Off-Season Tours aims to share this wondrous corner of the world with those curious (and hungry) souls who consider themselves travelers rather than tourists.
We think choosing to remain open only in the off-seasons and focusing on the smaller moments is not only a healthy approach, but it also provides travelers with a deeper, more resonant experience.
We value curiosity, exploration, and adventurousness and seek partnerships with local, family-run establishments with similar values.

After a life spent studying philosophy, working in digital strategy agencies, and exploring the globe, I have set roots in this beautiful town.
I have been living in Donostia-San Sebastián since 2017 and am fluent in Spanish and English. I grew up in Mexico City and have lived in the U.S.A. – straddling both cultures throughout my life.
Now, I am immersed in the Basque culture – continuously learning about its intricacies. And, of course, invest heavily in R&D – visiting, sampling, and taking note of the classic and ever-changing delicacies this town has to offer.
It is arduous work, as you can imagine.
